The Benue State Executive Council has reiterated that both the N28 billion bailout funds and the N5.5 billion approved for payment of counterpart funding have not been accessed yet.
The council at its sixth meeting presided over by Governor Samuel Ortom also set up a committee to evolve strategies to ensure compliance with original plans of the major towns in the state.
